  • I like the Cinelli-a-like L in the second cap of the stack. Neat touch.

  • definitely the best one so far. they only think i would change is the chapeau font.

Yep, should be in the Lightweight font.

  • Awesome. The stacked one is best. My favourite designs are always ones that look cool on their own, and cyclists will appreciate the added depth.

  • Would buy and wear any of those designs with pride, good work Youch!

  • I also like Lowpug's strap line of 'The real transport for London'.

I'm with my man there - good, strong line.

  • However the prints need to be three colours.

  • It would be a transfer jobby. Effectively one colour.

    I quite like my tshirt.
    Although nobody got the reference...

  • ha! :-D

  • Thanks for the kind words! (Ouch though Tenderloin- but I unfortunately know exactly what you mean now that I look at it again, fuck!)

Scoot- thanks a ton for embedding it

  • I was sitting by the village pond in a place called Marsh Gibbon in Oxfordshire on Saturday. I was just past the half-way point on my ride and admiring the bucolic scene, eating an apple and watching the dragonflies, when a chap came up to me on a bike and asked for the way to Launton.

I didn't, but I consulted the OS map on my Garmin and it did. It struck me at this point, surrounded by Marsh Gibbon's old cottages, that very little has changed really, and all the important things about cycling are just as they were in the 1950s.

    Which led me to this.

I'm sure you can see what inspired me.

It's just a mock up at the moment, but if people like it I could come up with something proper. Probably with the help of someone who can draw, because I can't really...

  • i like betty's

  • That's really nice fox!

I think i'd prefer it as a print than a tee though

  • It should be Sheldon's face on the note.

  • fiddy dorrah is plural enough

  • Spokz are so passé. Nowadays I'd happily spend 50 dorrah on Spotter's Bars.

Would wear this. Needs to be WOB though.

  • Hi everyone,

I'm a long time lurker (creepy) and quiet gleaner of bicycle related information, so I figured it would be nice to actually contribute something to the forum... And I've been wanting to draw some cycling caps for a while so perfect excuse.

I like the stack one most but I've mocked up some other configurations- if anyone thinks of a way it could work better I'm more than happy to tweak it. Oh and I've stuck in a higher res version of one of them so you can see the style of the drawing a bit better.

Anyways, hope you like 'em. Oh, and apologies if I've attached the images in a cretinous manner and they're huge or something.

    Cheers, Si

Here are youch's designs embedded for lazy people who can't be bothered clicking thumbnails
