26.0 Compact drop bars?

Big fan of the 3ttt competizione TDF. Come up pretty similar to the Deda 215

Would it be a crime to put some soma highways in silver on a njs frame?

Personal preference I think... the curve of the Somas is a bit 'open' for my small hands. They ain't exactly stiff either. But they are nice bars. I mainly just picked them over the Bontys because they're silver.

Anyone else found it difficult getting the Bontrager SSR bars into a quill stem?
Mine are getting real stuck around the the bend to flat area...

Tried screwing the bolt in backwards with a coin in the slot to open it up? That worked for me, but obviously be very gentle.

I couldnt find any store shipping the bontragers to Chile, and shipping alone for the Somas was 35 pounds, so I looked for another option.

Havent tried them yet, since Im still waiting for the groupset to arrive. Will post pictures when the bike is done.

Anybody got a set of compact drops I could look at/borrow to see how I could get along with them? I'm not really sure if they'll be good for me, but I really want to try some.

Am I right in saying the Deda Piega are shallow drop (132mm) in 36,38,40 and regular drop (142mm) in 42,44,46?

Lookin at a pair for my Dolan but I'm not sure about getting 40s
