No for sellz.

I wasn't really feeling the Nitto bars on this, just didn't put me in a good position, when I saw these LA84s for sale, I realised they would go really nice with the ergostem.
Found this awful tape in a draw today, I'm a little ashamed but I reckon it's as tasteful as the rest of the build... I tried white Fizik tape first but it just didn't look right.
The Nitto bars are now on the Sirius and are super comfortable there.

Hey there - LA 84s and an ergo stem are compatible?
My ergo stem is 26.0 - I understood that the Cinelli's are 26.4 - (nearly picked some up at LMNH on Sunday)hmm...
-
• #112
Well, the Ergostem was meant to be 26.0, and the LA84s 26.4 yeah...
I was tightening up the clamp alot on the 26 bars, so much that the faces were very close, almost touching, I figured there would be room for 26.4 in there, with very slight spreading with a flat head screwdriver, I mean barely at all, they slid right in.
Here's my Orlobroprobarbro any way... And inspiration for the bars and tape.
Mine haz less aggro position on the bars... Not ridden them yet though so will need a tweak I'm sure.

ah i see, cheers, I picked up some 26.0 bars instead and it was hassle even getting them in... ah well... one day I'll get some LA84s...

Returned to runabout mode today, running an (NJS (; ) Pearl with the risers now, gives a bit more rise and a bit more reach than how I had the Ergo setup, much better.
Gave it a clean and did a half assed clean of the drive train... (turned it upside down, soaked it with GT85, wiped down) now running much smoother... There was a fuckload of sand and grit in there.
Also, the bling bling Flite is a bit nice to be leaving outside I think, had this Selle Bassano in the parts bin that is a similar shape, it's really comfy and only cost 5r or a 10r so better suited. May need to switch grips out for black.
