Not really. The Eirin store at Marutamachi-Kawaramachi and the fixed-centric Kon's Cycle store on Takoyakushidori might have a few bits (Kon's have an NJS Araya/DA wheelset at the moment) but you'll really be looking at a trip to Gira Gira Chariya in Osaka (an hour by train). I swear I'm not on commission with them, they're just the best/only NJS shop around here!
