A general rule here is that things tend to be sold for cheaper than they would go for on Ebay/Gumtree or something like that, because it's a community and it works well that way. Bear that in mind before you consider knocking nearly a third off someone's asking price and you'll go alright. There's 'offers', and then there are 'kicks in the balls'.

Guys im REALLY sorry to do this and i know this is jim jams thread but i cant post my own thread yet or pm anybody :-( and you guys have been good to me so far im after a track bike for use on the road (i know thats not really their ideal purpose but just Love the frame shapes ) Can anybody point me in the direction of a complete bike for around £200 maybe £250. thanks and again sorry for posting on this thread.
