  • Think Valverde fucked it up...

  • thank fuck the racing has started again.

and thursday afternoon off has been cleared by the guy i make feel is my boss. see you ladies at le reej

  • Re-infusing your own blood? It's never struck me as being that bad a thing.

It almost took out Ricco for good, so can't be all bad.

  • A day for Tommy 'The Tongue' do have a go? bit flat but wouldn't surprise me if he has a pop

  • Jens will have a crack.

  • "shut up tongue"

  • The woman's voice on the Renault advert on ITV4 shits my fucking dong off.

  • 26 in the break? Damn

  • Gah...do I stick eurosport on my phone now or do I be a good worker and wait until half three when the 5 live extra radio coverage starts?

  • Option 1

  • I thought today's stage was a time trial.
    Confuses :S

  • "Andy Schleck way at the back, behind his team car in fact. We don't know why."

  • Pinot on descending:

“When I saw that I was not able to stay on the wheel of a rider like Mark Cavendish on the descent off a mountain pass, I asked myself: ‘What am I doing on the Tour?' I received the clear response that I have nothing to do here."

    Ouch.

I don't get this because generally sprinters are considered demon descenders, as they spend so long getting to the top they have to go full Wipeout and hit the afterburners to stay inside the cut. Cav is considered one of the best and also has excellent technical skills. Or was the fact he was descending with Cav in the first place? Shame, his was one of my favoruite rides on, what was it, Stage 9? With Madiot going full retard in the car.

  • Where can one get proper highlights guys? not just 5 minutes worth?
cycling torrents.nl always has the goods.

  • I thought today's stage was a time trial.
    Confuses :S

    same here mike. same here.

  • glad to know I'm not the only one

  • Can you get elliptical chain rings for Bromptons?

  • Just grind some normal ones into a gutter. Sorted.

  • That train LOL

  • 2.42pm BST Ha, there's one for the books ...
The peloton has to stop briefly at a level crossing and wait for the train to pass, which will make a good story for the driver and passengers. Unlike in Great Britain, the delay is a very short one and the riders are back on their way pretty quickly. The benefit to the breakaway group? Their lead is extended to 8min 11sec.

    from the Guardian feed

  • I don't know who I want to win most from this break.

Come on Tim Hansen, or Navaraladaski

  • I love you, Tour de France.

  • ^^^Ironically the most exiting thing that has happened today...

  • I don't know who came up with Ian "Evenin'" Stannard as a nick-name but I approve.

  • Might have a Frenchy Victory today. Winning on a down hill goes hand in hand with a surrendering mentality right? #casualracism
