Oh and re QR's I think the simple rule is if it has vertical dropouts use what you want. Otherwise use a strong old school style one.

At last! A long ride on the Rourke under the belt. Ended up in Southend on MA3K's ride after a monster Guinness Ride XI last night. Hit 60kmh+ on some sections, bike feels so stable, comfortable at speed, easy out of the saddle.
