CASCARSI is the own brand of cycling shop 'De Meulenreek' in Geffen, NL.
They were built by one of Italy's leading frame builders.

How many gears are the thumb shifters for?

The shifters are for 21 gears I think although there is a toggle thing which can be used for the rear shifter to make it non sis if that makes any sense.
