Left-hooked on the A10 this morning. Not how I planned my second day in the new job.

Apparently so - one of the windscreens didn't really make it though. I don't always crash the bike, but when I do it's into two cars!

So far the casualties include:

• 1 phone
  
• 1 helmet
  
• damaged Rapha :(

Take those fuckers down, I'm sure you know the drill but you should report the people/person that caused the accident for sure.

Watch for shock, you might hurt when it wears off.

Yeah I have the details of two of the drivers and the car which left-hooked me was leased so there's a fair chance that it's insured. Still, I bet it's going to be a messy thing to sort out.

Police and ambulance attended so so far things appear to be being sorted out well. GPS trace should make for interesting reading.

Oh and as for the question I'm sure you're all wanting to know the answer to, I'm not sure about the bike. It was in one piece when I left it, but I haven't given it a proper going-over.

Good luck with the messy legal shit but for now.. I hope the bike made it out in one piece!

Fortunately I was renting one of the Condor ones for my track induction session on Saturday so even if it's totalled I can still do that.

And then eventually it will be new bike day on some cunt drivers dime!

Take it to a bike shop to get crash damage assessed asap.

Was ambo'd to A&E. Tiny cut on my shoulder and the helmet and my jaw took a bit of a whack. Bit of a lump on my forehead, maybe a bit of soreness on the hip

If by today you mean today, alright all things considered. If I shake my head rapidly it feels a bit odd but otherwise my usual vapid self.
Mostly dreading the paperwork and lack of 3rd party insurance. Don't let your LCC membership lapse!

So far it looks like the bike got off lightly

Also the brake pivot seems a bit loose - hopefully just needs tightening.

Taking it to London Fields cycles today for them to give it a once over.
