Hi, if you do split, could you let me know how much for the frame?
Thanks -
• #29
If it's not gone come Friday afternoon I'll think about splitting it. It would be a shame to though. It's so damn pretty as is!
-
• #30
If you split, dibs handlebars & stem
-
• #31
Again.. if split, dibs frame and fork please!
-
• #32
Such a beautiful bike. Massive shame to split.
Sad :-(

PM'd.

• #34
Don't split it. Someone buy this bargain right up and treat it nice.
-
• #35
I would, but I'm not sure it will fit. Any opinions im 5 11.
-
• #36
guy is trying to sell the bike - let him split if people will get all the parts separately.
-
• #37
Cheers, tomder, but I'd really prefer not to split. It was a bargain when I got it and I'd like to pass it on as a bargain too. Putting the fact that I'm a lazy bastard aside, I don't really fancy splitting and making a profit on the bits individually.

it is nice as is... and it's rare to see a full Gipiemme build.
It would take aaaages to amass these parts separately, and cost a fair bit more.
Good luck with the sale -

Could you give me an honest opinion, on whether this would rougthly fit me with a bit of a squeeze? I'm around 5, 11.I know it may be a bit too small and the best way it to try it, however this isn't an option for me. I am rather interested in this bike, but please if you could help me out by giving me an unibias opinion on the matter, it would be great.
cheers. -

I'm afraid I'm going to leave that sort of science to Scoble. I can however say (for what it's worth) it was a good fit for me. I'm 5'10" and usually ride a 21" square frame.

Okay, well I can't PM as I'm new to the forum, so i'll just explain in lesser detail here.
I would like to buy this, however I can't untill the 1st/2nd as I'm away working. Is there any chance you could hold it for me? -
• #42
that looks good. i will PM after it's activated.
-
• #43
Anyone know if this is still available...? I've tried PMing him twice but got no reply...
-
• #44
Keep Trying, it'd be worth it.
-
• #45
Hey sorry, everyone. Responding to PMs now. Been away from t'puter!
-
• #46
hey.....any chance this bike is still for sale?
-
• #47
I am so sad to have to say this...
She's up for grabs.I haven't had the time to use her enough since I'd bought it, being away working 99.9% and the bike is just laying around indoors. I think it's only fair i move it on to someone who will take care of it and use it well. Needs a new seat pin... comes with one but just a make-do one from evans.
Now the bike isn't perfect, it has a bit of chrome peeling off on the forks (as you can see from the orginal photos) but all in all, it's in excellent condition for its age!
I'm willing to let it go for £450
Feel free to send any quezzies my way!

How bad is the flaking on the chrome ?
-
• #50
I know... I feel bad having to let it go!
I'll get some up to date pictures of the chrome. It's pretty much the same.
Just so people know, i'm based just past Lakeside (Dartford Crossing) in Essex
I have some white Benotto look a like if you want it...?
