First proper ride on the CAAD 10 Disc today. In a way, nothing to report. Everything performed flawless-ly. Its a joy to ride. Really fast, but totally planted. Comfy too, on 28s with c. 50psi in.
Also first time in the wet, and really liked the discs for that -

Sorry I couldn't make it. Ended up ragging the F-Si around Swinley and Crowthorn in the end, trying to find the pressures that keep me happy and grippy.
Ended up with about 18psi in the front, 22 in the rear and took ten percent out of the air spring. Felt much better over the rooty stuff.

No worries, sounds like you had a decent ride too

Did wonder if you were having some grip issues the other day.

I thought I was the only one crazy enough to drop it that low.

Evans removed the Slate from the website, hah.
Wonder if I can brag a non-tubeless one...

50psi? thats really low for 28s, non? I'm curious as to how it would feel.

50 psi for 28 is plenty

Just picked this Criterium 3.0 up. Planning on making it into a speedy commuter for the summer. It's a pretty much flat 9 mile run from Barry Island to Penarth here in South Wales, should be fun!
It came with a lovely set of components including C-record hubs on GP4 sprints. Think ill look at replacing the wheelset though in favour of some clinchers.

Yeah, about that (tubeless, nat), and supple tires.
Was surprised how fast it felt, not sluggish. -

I keep my 25mm challenges around 5,5 front 6,5 rear. So comfy!

Ok, i'm in - collecting it tomorrow.
CAAD 12 Ultegra Disc. Won't bore you all with pics as you're capable of Googling a stock one. Anything glaringly obvious that needs changing straight out of the box?
CAAD 12 Ultegra DiscWheels are planned and i'm thinking Hope hubs on Stans Grails. I enjoy the 'you've stopped peddling best start again/ped warning' buzz. I'm pushing 100KG at 6ft 3 so solid over lightweight. Never going to be a mountain goat.
