The marathon supreme were wonderful, extremely grippy and rolls nicely, however in my mind there was two issues with the tyre, firstly I brought the 32mm tyre and in comparison with my clement MXP 33 tyres it just looked weird having such a 'skinny' tyre on a cross bike.
Second and more importantly was that, I noticed that after a week that there was some serious wear on the front tyre which is a little worrying so I decided to flog them off and probably end up going for marathon plus instead

Manufacturer error; they are very good with customer service; send them pics etc. These tyres last for ages.

Ive been offered a super6 hi mod 2012 f+f for £550
Seems like a good deal?
Is there much difference between the 2012 model and later ones?
cheers

Hmm actually I think I'm going to pass on the Suprsix, seems a bit fishy, seller is being a bit pushy/ keen to sell and I see he has sold several hi end bikes recently. All smells a bit nicked.

hmm, am debating the Bad Habit or Beast of the East
apart from Evans, who else allows test rides of Cannondale bikes before purchase?

I bought Racing Edition Supersix about a month ago
Loving it so far. A shame it's not seeing much use cos of the weather, but come spring I'm going to ride the fuck out of it.

I think most CSG dealers should be able to get you something in, but it's not like you'll get a demo day or anything.
Which you could with Soho Bikes / Santa Cruz. Jus' sayin'

That is true, just some smaller shop are less likely to order in a specific model just to test ride it, otherwise it might end up sitting in their shop for years.
Evans Cycles is still the best bet as they already have the bikes in their warehouse.

Do they have a 27.5+ hard tail and full squidge options?
-
• #3046
No - that would be far too helpful
Fancy a trip to Shropshire?
Urrgh, looks like road only. I've heard Westbrook cycles are serious. Maybe a trip far up north?
-
• #3047
27.5+ looks quite appealing
-
• #3048
Yeah it looks like rad-lols. Would like to try etc

Any interest in some SISl cranks with Praxis 52/36 rings and a P2M type-S power meter? Fresh battery.
