My guess is a 2003 caad7 r1000

I think you’re right about it being 56. Does the seat tube on yours measure as 58 centre to top? Making it 56 centre to centre?

Nah wasn’t the colour scheme particularly.
Just had a desire to get an old school caad. It was quite cheap and very local to me.

Need some tweaks and have a couple of bits coming but if every ride was as good as today’s with my daughter I’ll love it!

Had a lovely maiden voyage on my new “ulti-mamil chariot” as @PhilDAS was so kind to call it, but the bloody fucking bloody saddle fell off 40kms in….

Don’t suppose anyone’s got a spare system six seatpost or even better just the hardware in central london?
