My very old caadx had one of those, I bought something off eBay at first but it didn’t work. I then emailed cannondale spares and they said this should do it:
But they took ages to come back to me and I ended up buying one of tester’s in the meantime.

Looks great. I’m used to seeing them with flat top tubes, but this looks good with the gum walls. What’s the tyre clearance?
I’ve gone for a silver stem and bars on my s6. Considering silver seat post clamp. Think I’ll get the oven cleaner out seeing yours. DA cranks waiting to be fitted and wheels being built, so not finished.

thanks, still a work in progress, it's very much a low-end caad from 20 years ago, i just snapped it because coming from a 56 caad 12 i felt the need to size down to gain more flexibility with the set-up.
Then i say commuter... it is and will be my only road bike, so do-it-all would be more appropriate.
getting rid of the eastons at some point ?25mm tyres at the moment, 28mm would clear at the forks, and probably at the stays but the brake bridge is a bit bulky, so not sure it would work

From checking vintagecannondales.com it seems to be a 2002 "Road Warrior 700"

That stem and bar setup is quite a look

Bit late, but just did it to mine, haven’t build bike up yet, and it’s with a single DM ring, but looks very handsome. Quite pleased and very easy to polish.

I'm getting a set of LB wheels for my 2021 Supersix Evo AXS Force. Do I need to request the Asymmetric Integration 6mm offset or will it be happy with normal road spacing?

I thought none of the Cannondale road lineup included Ai? Just some of the MTBs.

That’s what I assumed, but I got spooked by them asking!

No need to re-dish for SuperSix.
I'd be very surprised if the BB doesn't creak constantly and in light of that I'd be pretty wary or going anywhere north of £400. I bought one in vgc a year or so back for £360. In today's market though it's probably valued higher than that.
Also, that generation won't run tyres larger than 25s and even then you may well get a fair bit of tyre rub. Check for that when buying
