Send a tube the same diameter inside the carbon steerer that will reinforce it and fill that grove with a suitable filler should hold out

This bike is still going strong, although it's currently attached to the turbo in light of the current circumstances

does it maybe have a ding in the TT, which is why it has been coverted to sick fixie?

I'll take it as a compliment, thanks. ^.^

That was honest compleiment I think desticker the rims makes it a lot better looking I did my set on my neo retro bike. And gumwalls make even cheap wheel look bling.

Having sold my CAAD12 last year... I'm back, this time with a purple one - which if the last few pages are to go by are becoming popular!
Frame via @rob_g_clarkson and wheels @maxllar. Thanks chaps!

So nice. I want one of these frames badly. 56, if anyone has one knocking about.

On Facebook - £400 with a full red group seems decent. If it wasn't 58cm I'd have it!

Massive bargain

Thought I'd do the honourable thing and post it here rather than buy it just for the groupset.
He's posted it a few times, originally at £1000. That group doesn't respect the greats though, so it won't even sell for £400.

I think its been discussed on this thread already but could anyone remind me of the differences between a CAAD 3 and 4 frame?

currently running 28c gravel kings on my caad10 disc.
But whats the biggest size I could realistically go? Anyone put anything much bigger on?
Regret selling my arkose. Theres a lot of light gravel paths near me. I've now got a bit more time to ride so thinking of just putting wider tyres on the caad10.

• #12270
I had 28s on my caad10 disc and there was no room for anything else...

3 has an external aheadset, 4 has an internal (but maybe that's 4&5).
-
• #12272
That's 4 and 5, both 3 and 4 have external headsets.
I think the main difference is that the CAAD3 had straight seatstays whereas the CAAD4 had the signature CAAD S bend ones

How much should I be paying for a SuperSix Evo HM frame and fork with 5000km from last year?
It's in good condition as far as I can tell. It's a rim brake, team edition -
• #12274
£400

• #12275
Oh wow, didn't expect that low, I though £600 would be a good deal
that's peak performance right there
