Ah, I see, so it's lugged thing like allez epics and stuff? I knew that about system six, but had no idea about the six13 so cheers!

Pretty much. The badges on the top and bottom of the headtube hide holes which have something to do with the bonding process, I can’t quite remember the reason now

Cool.
I just wish they'd sell me these. Fnnnnng.

It’s how the inflatable bladders used to create the seamless carbon join were removed once the frame had cured.

It’s a banging frameset just buy it.

That’ll be it.
I bet it does ride brilliantly -

Too small and nothing to do with it. Dale boxes currently ticked with super six, system six and a caad 7. I haven't even touched the last one yet, it's sat in my mother in law's garage waiting for me to visit and collect it.

I've got a set of those crank rings, the spider, and one crank arm if that's useful.

Access for the tubes that inflated the bladders IIRC

Why only one?

Got sent some mismatching cranks by a guy on eBay.

I can't find the orphan crank arm, but you're welcome to those rings/spider.

Not that I looked that hard, I can probably find it over the weekend. 175mm though.

How much are you after for them?
-
• #11216
Free, just come and pick them up.

That's awesome man! I'm in York though, any chance you can post? Happy to cover postage, obviously. No worries if it's too much faff.
-
• #11218
I can post, but IDK when I'll get to the post office.

£35 postage for a bike fully covered isn't that bad. Through my work I was £31 with UPS to send a bike to someone on here insured upto £400.
-

It was 45 but they lowered it when I asked. A frameset is less than 20 fully insured, 12 if less than 150 value.

I guess it depends on who you send it with. With Yodel etc can send it fully insured, but in my experience it pays to go with someone that will actually deliver it, and have no troubles with in the case of making a claim.
Even through Interparcel, with Parcel Force 48 hours is £11, then an additional £18 to insure upto £400.
I wasn't aware it was initially £45, but £35 seems fair to me.

Ok, parcel force 48 is £23 insured to £400.
£35 is better but still too much.
Honestly can't believe I'm arguing about this.

Didn't know it was an argument, good luck to you if you think it is (Y)

Seller might be / is pricing in the time / hassle it takes to post. It's a fairly unique item, not easily replicated or replaced. And posting that kind of stuff is a huge pain in the ass.

This 'arguing' would never happen if Cannondale bothered to make some decent new bikes
Six13 was Carbon main tubes, as Howard said the ones with all 3 tubes carbon are quite rare but there are others with 1 or 2 carbon tubes. Headtubes were Alu though, system six was a full one piece carbon front end bonded onto a caad9-esque rear
