Sad news especially at christmas. Good to hear about the winners, but very sad to hear about the losers.
Condolences Hoefla, I hope you come out of this tragedy OK. Such a painful post. -

Merry Christmas, dude, absolutely fantastic news! :)

Oh Hoefla, I'm so sorry to hear about your mum. Stay strong.
Bad Science, great news about your recovery. Here's to it continuing.
I'm getting to share a 4th Christmas with the lovely Bobbinbird since her diagnosis, which is amazing. Didn't think we'd see a second.

Looks like the bugger might be back.
Three days short of the 5 year 'all clear'.

Any positive updates from people?
This thread has suddenly become of interest to me. -
• #69
Oh dear Chris, that doesn't sound good.

It's not me, it's my wife. We find out which piece of shit cancer we are going to have to beat on Wednesday. Nerve racking stuff but the stories on here are incredible and have helped out loads.
-

Chris, the only advice I can give is stay strong for your missus, our thoughts are with you both on Wednesday.
Hopefully Bullheart is giving cancer a proper kicking, as you say some incredible stories and an inspiration to all.

I'm on my fucking knees at the moment. 5/6 done, and it really is nasty stuff, although it's working very well. Surgery to remove Lat Dorsi at the end of September, although the surgeon copped the hump when I asked him to do a good job because I was planning to row around GB in 2017...
Chris; PM me if you and your wife fancy a coffee.
Going down swingin'....

Well you know I've been through what you're going through so if you want to talk whether it's to find stuff out or just to vent, just reach out. You can find me on here, or at Easts most wednesdays.
Stay strong and lets hope you caught it early enough to be treatable.

Cheers for the support all, you and @Bullheart are a shit tonne stronger/braver than myself and a real bloody inspiration.
Fingers crossed for tomo, if it's simple chemo and an opp then we won't bat an eyelid.
Not going to lie, bloody worried though, and feel guilty when I let it slip my mind for a few mins.
Bad Science, wikey, Bullheart (your story continues to amaze) - missed this the first time around. Great news all, especially Bad Science, keep on the up and getting your strength back. I just lost my mum to leukaemia so hearing about you tough bastards giving it some is... good. Fingers crossed and good luck with everything coming up.
