  • Well, a "friend" of mine who works "ont docks" claims a lot of ships have a "phantom gobbler".
Which means basically, someone dishes out blowjobs at night on the sly and no one says anything because although it's gay, and no one would admit to being that "ont docks", it's still a free blowjob.
So thats what happens at sea, whether thats worse or not is for you to decide.
@Bad_Science interesting idea for badges, I always throughly enjoy watching my tired, bald, weak wife stand all the way to treatment while some cunt in a cheap suit sits reading a free newspaper.
Peoples lack of self awareness and compassion never ceases to amaze (I am fully aware I am a prick).

  • Telephone interview with Vanessa Feltz tomorrow at 7:50, and BBC London news tomorrow evening.
More importantly though, I'm meeting some people from TFL on Friday, and they have already made some very positive suggestions.

  • You really should let your wife sit down, stop hiding behind your paper in your cheap suit.

  • I know, the hipster thread is over there somewhere >>>>>>>>>>>>>

  • #rep

But am disappointed you don't look like your avatar

I however am a disc jockey dog.

  • Heh, you'll never get a word in with Feltz. I'll eat my own arm off if you manage to steer her away from talking about herself....

Great work though. From a fellow cancer survivor, thank you.

  • Good work @Bad_Science - try not to think of Jabba the Hut as you talk to Feltz.

  • You're on the telly box!!

    BBC London news now

  • I was bloody nervous! Was trying really hard not to swear, and completely lost my train of thought..

  • I'm not surprised looks pretty nervewracking and you met Rizla Teeth

  • I've changed tack slightly. I'm not charging anything for the badges I already have, people can make a donation to Macmillan (or any cancer charity actually), but I'm not asking anything except that people keep in touch with me and tell me how they get on with them.
Far from getting all legal on my ass, Tfl really like the idea, and have asked me to work with them. They already have a thing called a Travel Support Card, which makes it easier for disabled people to make themselves known to station staff if they need help on public transport.
They have been looking for ways to expand the scheme, so that it covers people asking fellow passengers for help as well. It won't just be for cancer, but for a whole range of hidden illnesses and disabilities. An "MS on board" badge has already been requested...
We also need to cater for people who don't want to advertise the fact that they are ill. It's a very private matter and some people just don't like wearing badges. Oyster card wallets with medical info and a request for assistance have been mentioned.
Watch this space. It looks as if I'm going to be a spokesman for this when it gets rolled out. What we need now is feedback and tweaking of the badge design, and hopefully to attract a sponsor.

  • Ha, I work for Macmillan and heard about this from an email that went around to tell staff how awesome you are - had no idea until just now you were a forumenger. Excellent work!

  • Thank you, I appear to have started something by accident. It's growing like a snowball rolling down a hill.

  • Beautiful work, much applause

  • Indeed. Really nice.

And to echo DJ - I am also disappointed you don't look like your avatar

  • I used to look like my avatar, but the ravages of my rock and roll lifestyle have taken their toll.

Also, please vote in this poll to make the snowball even bigger...

  • Voted.

  • Voted. Watched the clip. Well done sir.

  • Fuck. Beast is back. Chemo on Friday.

    Balls.

  • Hope it works
    Thoughts are with you

  • Ta muchly. I'm sure it'll just wash out. Sort of.

  • So sorry to hear it's back. Reading about your fight has been a real inspiration and helped me cope with my wife's, if that makes sense?

It looks like she's not out of the woods yet either...

  • Saw one of those badges for the first time recently - unfortunately I made eye-contact while gawping and had to give him my seat - schoolboy error.

Best of luck Bullheart, hope chemo gets easier, or at least faster.
