Czech's look a little bit toothless so far, they don't have much punch going forward.
Portugal need to up the pace and there should be a goal for them here.

looks like portugal are going to bottle it again. lots of possession and territory and some threatening moments, but no ratcheting up of the pressure on a team that is obviously there for the taking.

they want to get into the knockout stages so badly then play so cautiously once there, seems a waste really..

Portugal have been excellent, with a clinical striker they'd have set the tournament on fire already, but they're getting better and better. Keeping the ball brilliantly, creating chances, and strong in defence.

^^^I suppose they haven't really had to be, they've given the Czechs nothing tonight. Pepe and Brunt Alves is a strong pairing though.

I think Portugal might have picked up a few BAFTAS, Oscars and Academy Awards tonight as well as a win over a pretty muted Czech side.
