readers wife cross post - double layer of black Velox on 26mm Deda Piega bar. 42cm wide is as wide as you can go for 2 rolls on each side with 2-3mm of overlap. Any wider and you will need a 5th roll to help finish the ends on each side (may look messy).

I usually use Velox cotton tape to finish. Much nicer than electrical tape imo.

I love lizards skin, the feel is so good.

I'm tempted to go for something fairly ostentatious on the bullhorns I bought for my mielec. The rest of the build is black and I reckon it wouldn't look too bad. Maybe some sort of dodgy camo? Then again, the tape job Apollo did on the bars , bought from Dom must be worth some serious HHSB points.

I just realised I forgot to post photos of the wrap I did on my gf's bars. Definitely not porn but far nicer than my own! White cotton tape and brandy bottle corks shaped to fit as bar ends.
