Its Spolem Lodz, and i'm told it Spolem means club or co-op and Lodz is a place so its literal transation would be club Lodz i suspose.

shinkuu - I did say that, but, I've never ridden a lo-pro properly. I Assumed that because of my height, however i'll never know until I try, and this is the perfect opportunity.

looks like primax [rollers] with either an athena or c-record lock nut.
hard to tell, maybe with some closeup pictures. upper race is flat on only two opposite sides, which eliminates c-rec and athena, on the other hand the locknut is flat from 4 sides, so its defo not primax.
may be also acros, timec.. but I doubt the locknut is original.
