Aye, there are degrees of fancy here in Yorkshire. Useful for gauging how far above your station you're getting.

Nice. I like this Roberts. A very clean build. :)

It's not going to look any better than this. Particularly since, after taking these, I fell off it trying to bunny-hop up a kerb and scratched one of the shifters. :(
I'm still annoyed about the saddle and bartape colour mis-match. Maybe in a few years I'll change them for black.

That's looking really good.
I wouldn't worry about the sadle colour. You can't see it when you're riding.
How do you like it?

It's a dream to ride, it's made all the time and expense worthwhile. I haven't put in any serious miles yet, but that should change over the next few days if the weather holds off.

You 'bunny-hopped' a kerb: fail

Yeah, I know. I fucked my shoulder, but it's the shifter I'm more pissed about.

I've put a few miles on this now, loving it more all the time. There've been a few changes - Thomson inline seatpost and X2 stem (both used bargains from ebay), Concor, black bartape.
The bartape looks like ass. I'm thinking of changing it for some black Cinelli Caleido tape and, at the same time, put some silver Ritchey Classic Curve bars on - I think the Omegas got crushed at some point when I hamfistedly overtightened the last stem, and they aren't as stationary as I'd like when everything's torqued up.
Nagging doubts that everything looked better with the brown tape and saddle, but I love the Concor.
