Heal up, both of you; hairline fracture of distant radius is absolutely 2010.

Gutted, I'm going to miss this - I'm mountain climbing that weekend. To be fair my liver is quite pleased about this as I still feel pretty grim post-Guinness ride...
Broken radial head (forearm where it meets the elbow)
Get well soon - I broke mine just over 7 weeks ago and it's 90% better now. It's a total pain but you'll get there. Make sure you move your arm as much as you can, as soon as you can, to stop it getting stiff. Hope it heals up quickly.

Cheers. How long were you off the bike for?

4 weeks totally off, with another 2 weeks of only occasional riding. So actually only a week fully back on. It's still sore but nothing too bad. Did you fall onto your hand? I did and found my hand hurt a hell of a lot more than my elbow in the end, turns out I have tendon damage in my hand - hope you haven't got that too.
In a couple of weeks when you're up to it, I have tons of therabands I could lend you to help strengthen your elbow, they're really useful.

Thanks. I will let you know. I have only lost about 10% motion so should be able to flex it and avoid too much stiffness setting in.

That sounds promising - take it easy and get well soon :)
