starting point and time please
See 1st post.
I also feel I should point out that last years chainbreaker delay was due to him being a gent and helping somone out who had a flat in some vintage tyres/wheels
Us: "are those tubs you're running?"
Her: "What are tubs?"
Iain: I shall escort you to the nearest bike shopping damsel in distress, what with being the gent I am and everyone els can crack on with the boozing.Or something like that - said damsel completed rest of Grand Slam on a Boris Bike!

Yo! Tim! Noon - like the beardy hatted one says.
I am also keen to point out I am in no way shape or form leading this ride, just kinda giving it a shake into action. There's no way we'll all keep together given differing paces/riding styles and going through London traffic but all aim to leave a pub together, have everyone together at the pub etc etc, if you see what I mean?
How does an hour (ish) at each pub sound too?

I feel the need to save some face for Claire (although she's not on the forum and would never know), but she did know she had tubs and what that entailed, and had been meaning to get new wheels, just hadn't yet. But it is true that Chainbreaker was a true gent and stuck with us the entire day even though we had only just met him about 30 minutes before!
Never fear, Claire got new wheels shortly after said ride and I imagine she and Andre (the other muskeeteer that day) would both be coming except they don't live in the UK at the moment. Look out for their return next year!

I'm looking forward to actually making it to Wests this year. And back to the Flask as I think the last time I was there was GSAID last year!
