Rules for player/team participation:
Teams can only participate if the UK or Irish polo scenes are the 'primary' polo scenes for the majority of their players (2 out of 3) and players are not representing any other teams in other national/regional qualifiers.

the two-thirds rule still applies, it just means the sub can't already be playing in a team in a different country's qualifiers.
