I'm coming to London's famous London on Saturday 26th January for some Serious Polo, and am hoping to stay until Sunday February 3rd for more polo and compass beers etc.

I've got the nod to take the week off so can anyone put me up so I can be Microco.sm's coffee maker, contribute some geek skillz and otherwise have fun? Can bring my own rollmat an sleeping bag if necessary but the less I need to carry the better. I'm willing to be out of the house whenever you are.

Tl,dr: can anyone put me up next week, from Sunday night til Saturday night?

Polo-sofa-surf update: I have been kindly offered somewhere up to and including Monday night, any kind souls able to house me for Tuesday night through Saturday night? A few more days would allow me a lot more polo...

I spoke to the Eggheads guy. We will have to apply with six person teams (five on the show + one stand-by). Then we will have to audition. The auditions take place on:

Glasgow - Tuesday 29th Jan & Wednesday 30th Jan
Bristol - Friday 1st Feb
Birmingham - Friday 1st Feb
London - Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd Feb
Leeds - Saturday 2nd Feb
Manchester - Sunday 3rd Feb
Newcastle - Monday 4th Feb

He said two teams can apply. So we can have a LDN team and a B'ham team. He asked the captain of the B'ham team to email him. We need to get teams sorted by the end of this week and get the applications in asap.
