You can't stop people from making a video about their brand, right? Surely this is just an ad for LV, obviously not for polo. They could have used anything as their motif - mini golf, surfing, crocodiles, whatever. You can't stop them or expect them to contribute anything.

They are trying to sell their luxe goods, that is all. It might be a bit shite, but they never set out to expose/advertise bike polo, so they don't owe bike polo anything.

This guys were doing it allready when I met them in eurobike 2010. It's a polo player that owns a bike company, they were bored of buying balls from Franklyn and produced their owns. Not sure from where exactly but something like Malasya.

Out of interest, those mallets are effectively cheater mallets, right? But no holes means not breaking the maximum diameter of holes rule?

It's certainly a grey area in the rules.

I'd say it meets the letter, but fails the spirit.

So I'd allow it, but try and change the rules.

They looks like the copy of one of the worst product ever in bike polo (8" stuff).

Think of the sweet shuffle goals you could do with them though.
