How did the adidas thing work out?

Positives and downsides.

Mostly a lot of fun, and all the 'head baller, shot callers' were women, which was pretty ace.

The creative director seemed like she had a lot of great ideas and I think the vid will be great.

Downsides, include standing around in ugly tights having your picture taken etc etc. Plenty to explain off forum.

They brought in some bmxer girls, and an up and coming west London women's footballer, as extras (in the name of diversity). That was obviously annoying to begin with, but we talked them out of using them as polo playing extras, so they mostly were shot standing around scratching their arms etc. In the end they turned out to be rad girls, awesome at what they do, and were genuinely excited/impressed by polo and the 'twizels' (nik's pivot turns'), and they took all our extra stuff whilst we were being photo'd etc to try it out themselves, and were pretty good by the end of the day. On day two one was used in the bike polo part as one of our 6 was unable to make the first half of the day.

As a fundraiser, it was worth doing.

Well done, laydeez... I love that you guys are putting so much of your fee back into polo... xxx

Khorn is one of the gods in warhammer, in one game I was a knight of Khorn... it seemed like a good idea at the time.
