Lever arrived this morning, cheers! Shame it's too big haha, should have asked the inner diameter! No worries anyway, cause it'll probably fit future bars/I can shim it!

Wow, that was quick! Try using a bit of inner tube as a shim, or sometines the clamps for lights and computers etc have rubber shims. Or a little piece of bar tape

Thomson and deda most likely sold but I will let you know if they fall through

I'll try and pick the stem and carbon bars combo up before Thursday, if you're busy. After I'm going away. If everything fails you can sell it to Tom (if he's not in a hurry).
