We both work in the same building so I was genuinely suggesting that we tackle the journey to Liverpool Street as a mini peleton/warm up ride.

Tapas bar at Chingford station if I recall, serves a couple of nice dishes & Rioja, count me in, Its perfect for a pre-ride snack, should be there for 6:45 ish if anyone fancies it :-)

Ian: I think we'll aim for the 19.03 and back off to the 18 mins past if it's too busy (as it sometimes is with trains so close to 7. Getting there about ten to.
