  • ok, did a good chunk of this yesterday and I understand why the silence was deafening.

worst surrey route ever, most of it's on wide A-roads....

i was gonna mention the olympic route ain't really for riding.

    sorry i didn't.

  • Should have applied for a road closure order.

at one stage I was afraid we might have ended up **on **closed roads. complete with ambulances and police reports.

  • Are we on tonight?

  • Anyone?

  • Don't think the postponement took. It's off week now so I guess nothing doing.

  • Sorry that was my fault - Ben's away and I wasn't around yesterday. Should have flagged it up. Another go for next week below...

  • **Roydon - Tues July 17th

  • I am doubtful after blowing all my passes, back rubs and tv remote rights for the next few years.

But she is dyslexic so has shit short term memory, fingers crossed.

  • I went out last night anyway in the rain. Managed a shortened Kent 1 again, which was wet and lots of fun. The new bike treated me beautifully.

    Hopefully in for next week.

Any plans for this Tuesday? Maybe one of the infamous Surrey jaunts, meeting East Croydon. Could lead it, if no one more knowledgable or senior was interested.

note: the weather looks set to be perfect for tomorrow. 23 degrees during the day and light winds in the evening. Bliss.
