I'm seen plenty of better pics of this bike, and I've always admired it from afar.

this thread needs more pengy....
Bought it off here, has a bit of forum heritage I think. Was told it was a Dave Yates. Strange one though, bottle cage mounts, track ends, Cinelli BB casing with no frame number and a brake hole on the front fork (it appears to be designed for a brake rather than a drilled fork). Suspected Reynolds 653. To be honest though, it's in a dismantled state to stop me playing on it over winter!
