Would seem that fall today did a bit more damage than I thought. Pain was getting worse so ended up going to A&E. Broken scaphoid (small bone in wrist that I've already broken twice) and chipped elbow with query radial fracture. I'm in a splint and sling and off to the fracture clinic for more checks in a week when swelling settles down. .Realistically I'm off the bike for a quite some time to come. Scaphiod alone took me 3 months last time.
