I think for future, dont put your name down if your not sure and if you put your name down and rain matters to you just put weather dependent next to it. Maybe if your on the list and you know you cant make it let people know at least an hour or so before hand.

Im not having a go at anyone just be fair to everyone else and try to stick to the plan, i realise everyone has commitments etc that crop up but dont leave people hanging
