The package we are working on is a free use of the court, the court becoming a fully locked facility with us holding our own key, the lights being set for the required periods and us paying lighting costs only. Initially we are talking about a regular Thursday session from 6.30-9.30 (any later and they have complaints from neighbours about the lights) through the winter period (ie. clock change to clock change). We would of course are free to use the court during daylight hours - including w/e.

i'm not trying to win chan, i'm just checking if we're cool to play there yet. we had to move on to whit during daylight hours on thurs. just don't wanna rock the boat with the people who run the place. if it's cool to play there then cool.

well it's too wet to play at whitworth, and 4 of the people who are on the list to play (including me) @ 2 are now viewing this thread. So looks like a big nolo today unless the rain stops.

good point... was tryin to adjust the chain on my bike but nearly ready to leave now could be there for half past?

i'm not leaving the house unless we got a confirmed 6 playing. Don't wanna ride there and get wet and it's just 3 people there. Maybe wait until 3, see what the rain does

ste just called me, him and woody went to powerhouse for 2, but it was locked. There are up for playing at platt fields at 3. Who's in?

Looked at the weather and the rain is set to continue, so going to give it a miss sorry.

However the weather looks good for the rest of the week, so is anyone up for playing mon/tue night, as well as thurs?

Just taken delivery of a big load Franklin backdoor balls .The ball that is going to be the official sponsored ball for the BFF!

We used the same ball for throw ins for today for over 5 hours and they are Exactly the same as red super high density franklins 100% . So good to use decent franklins again . Everyone is happy . Crap pics from my phone below ........

So anyway,if anyone wants to buy any they are 4 for a tenner plus postage of £2.50 . Alternatively come to Cambridge Barnwell court on tuesday night or sunday for throw ins to collect ?

its not ours no, i think its for people who may be put off by the competitiveness of our practice sessions and give them a chance to play with other beginners, as long as they know that if they want to continue playing they are told about our practice sessions then i think its ok
