wtf, are they just blank keys or sumin? where do you enter the key?
-
• #3078
why would you enter a key? unless a key had its own lock that you had to unlock before you used it in a lock.
pretty sweet idea.
but no they are meter keys, so they open electric boxes on the street, the ones which have little triangle thing in the lock.

or someone who has lockpicking skillz?

Dear poloistas,
As part of the London bid for the EHBPC 2009, we promised to hold a vote to
decide which city would host the EHBPC 2010.We’re delighted that Geneva has put forward a bid on www.bikepolo.ca.
We would like to do one final call for any other city to put forward a bid
to host the Euros in 2010. There will then be a vote in which all regular
European polo players can decide who will host. Even if there are no other
bids, the vote will go ahead. In this way, the winning host city will know
that their bid has the support of the European polo community, it will add
legitimacy to the voting process as it develops for 2011, and will allow the
winners to explain that their bid was voted for – something that we as 2009
organisers found useful with press and sponsors.Timeline:
Any other bids to host the Euros in 2010 need to be submitted by Midnight
CET on Saturday, 21st November. The cities who have put forward a bid will answer questions about their bids
online up until Midnight CET on Tuesday 24th November.Voting will be open from Wednesday 25th November until midnight CET on
Friday 27th November. The winner will be announced shortly afterwards.
To vote on the location of the EHBPC 2010, you must:
1) Log in to bikepolo.ca (or create an account if you do not already have
one at bikepolo.ca/user/register)2) Since only players living in Europe will be voting, please fill out the
location field while registering, or if you already have an account, in your
account settings.3) To vote, you must also join the "Europe" group before Saturday November
21st at 11:59pm CET, www.bikepolo.ca/club/europe. Between November 22nd and
24th, a member of the EHBPC 2009 committee will be confirming your
membership to the group, and then you will be able to vote.PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR PLAYER IN EUROPE! The
applications will be checked manually, so it will waste our time if you
don’t play there regularly but try to join the Europe club.Cheers,
Iain, Matt, Mike, and Roxy

I will be disposing of my old polo bike (Langster) shortly, will probably split it into the bits that are actually worth having (frame, wheels & bars/stem) but if anyone wants the whole thing then that's possible..... Just giving you all a heads up.
(oh also i'll be having general (not polo specific) clear out, chainrings, stems, wheels etc)

Right- just got a callback from Withington cycles, and it seems that my knakered BB shell has been knakered before, and someone fixed it then, which means they can't fix it again now because too much of the shell has been drilled out, or something. basically i need a new bike. FUCK.
anyone got a 56 beater road frame lieing around? whilst i'd love to buy a surly or something long term, at the moment i am skint and just need to get a polo steed that will last me a while! -
