missed that post as we did it at the same time, ok then meet at whitworth and try and play, its not as slippy as we think most of the time

We did, they just kept playing.

I asked him if we could use the court, and told him we play every week. Then he claimed that they are there every week...

In the end I gave up and said, "we'll just play around you" and he said "if anything hits me I'll knock you out" to which i replied "fine" and kept playing.

Basically, it's not worth the hassle and time loss for a few knob heads if whit is free just 5 mins down the road.

I do enjoy playing at pf and it would be a shame to lose ownership, but unless someone gets there really early and secures the court then we're shit out of luck when it's sunny.

And even thats no guarantee! If 2 or 3 people get there early and have a knock about then those dicks will still just march onto the court and start booting the ball about. The only thing that stops people coming in on is when 6 players are on there, playing polo.

There were a good 10 of us there last time, if we all march onto the court they don't have much choice. Let's pop down there anyway and see what the deal is, if they arn't there then win. I could be down earlier 5-5:30 to sit on the court and scream at anyone who gets close?

yeah but no one did though! you all just stood outside the court, and i ended up speaking to them. I'd of loved it if everyone just told them to fuck off, but i don't want to be the only one who's confronts them.

i am trying to sort the timetable for the mini festival and thought you lot could sort a little polo try out friendly social thing. at the mo thursday night and sunday pm would be good for me but any evening really just let me know asap. a time, a place and a date DURING THE 1ST WEEK OF OCTOBER.

It is to get returning and fresher students involved in our gloriuos biking community so needs to be a nice friendly thing where people can share knowledge and skills...maybe seasoned players should play less so newbies don't get too intimidated!!! but run it however you like...you could do a demo first but that might put some people off if it looks too scary to them, which it can i guess..

remember it might be torrential rain and cold in october, somewhere near a warm pub might be good!
