Totally stupid and childish, as either way you are both copying the Nike logo in the first place so some how they were "first" in copying.

And also, just wanted to say, I had seen the heavypedal design a while back and it doesn't compare the Spin King design. Much prefer this one...

A friend of mine did a set of ace 'bootleg' t's in about 96 that were all really wobbly hand drawn in outlines only. Her Nike one said Pike.

Yeah, the thread really rocked their boat. I don't think Heavy Pedal had a vendetta against us as such but they were trying to prove a very elaborate point, and good for them. It was sheer coincidence that both designs are parodies from the same source. Regardless of anything the kids on Velospace saw the shirts as a veiled attack on their culture when that was not the intention. Good manners always wins out in the end.
It will be a couple of weeks before we can get the ball rolling with these shirts anyway and we've still to sort out the mock-up, so I really wouldn't worry. You can pre-order anyway.

OK, here's the set:

We can't really allow any more colour combinations other than what's on display here as it turns into a nightmare mixing colours and trying to please everyone's taste. Please keep in mind that the finish will be glossy as they'll be printed with Plastisol, oil based inks.
We've tried to replicate the glossy appeal of the black on black but the t-shirt files from Gildan aren't amazing, but have a look at the red ink on blue t-shirt for an idea of finish on our Flickr page, or the previous page. These shirts are exclusively available through the forum and no-where else, not on the shop either. Payment details to follow.

Just read your thread on Velospace. Sad, sad place. Kids in America are getting on the internet way too early. There's a large american paintball forum called PBNation which has exactly the same kind of childish replies and ruins the forum. The problem is when forum are like that, it puts people off the sport in real life as that's how the community is perceived. I don't blame them as individuals, they just haven't matured yet.
Anyway, glad you got a better response on here, hope the business goes well for you.

Yeah you're right they're very "Kodomoppoi"(Japanese for childish). I won't be using Velospace for much else really and Greg on the admin there was becoming increasingly brassed off with that thread, particularly the Spiderman Memes, through no fault of my own. The American kids just can't hold their water.
I could do with some bloggers though if any of you have any ideas on that, we can link share no problem on the site, I've already got button links on there.
