Did at Bristol last year and BFF, but not at Cambridge. It's probably just court envy.

Just got back and the first thing I wanted to do (after hugging/kissing the wife) is check here and say thanks to Bristol for an awesome tournament. It was so nice to see the established order upset by those Cambridge upstarts. Five Cambridge players in the final and MVP for RV!

Was that the first non-London 'proper' UK tournament win? Did Superstar Josh also score four goals?

I thought the court was the grippiest indoor court I've played on, but I think a lot of it is down to tyres and weight balance. Some people struggled, some didn't.

Happy memories were playing (and narrowly losing to) Hacked Off and Thumbs Up - two awesome, close, physical and fair games. Sad memory was coming together with that chap I don't know (Sandy?) and fucking his shoulder up something rotten, then playing 3 v 2. We should've sat someone out - apologies for that.

i had such a good time on saturday and am gutted i missed today, which by all accounts sounded amazing. cheers Andrea and Ady, you guys did it again and this year was even better than last. highlights were the mini ramp, which i'm surprised their weren't any serious injuries from, and the atmosphere as the Saturday went on. was disappointed that we didn't qualify for sunday, but played some really good games. Props to gettin wild for taking the win, was great playing you guys and look forward to seeing Cambridge further dick on london as the season goes on. Thumbs up were also particularly rad and harveys MVP was well deserved.

Just wanted to quickly thank all the bristol gang and anyone who helped out. Great hosts, great venue, all ran perfecto i thought. All we needed was a zombie apocalypse and the entire scene would have been set! I had to settle for jimmy short shirt pants and his ritz munching instead. :)

Big polo lurv to Bristol on another great tawny, such a great start to the polo year - Andre, as usual, leading from the front, tireless on and off court, backed by the equally tireless Cab and backoffice crew.

Big shout to the Killer Queens on their tawny debut - polo and the home crowd showed little mercy on your baptism of fire, but I've a hunch you'll be back!

Respect to Cambridge for showing everyone else how it's done, Get In Wild are a joy to watch: fast, lots of passing, big shots, lots of drama, epic. I also enjoyed tussling with Luca (sorry buddy, I got angry with the blocking plays)!

Thanks to Adam and Ed for being awesome team mates, despite nearly losing Ed overnight (thanks to Andrew for finding Adam and I somewhere to sleep for the night too).

I miss sitting on the grass with tinnies in the sunshine, (and dicking about on mini bikes) and the constant heckling, there were quality jeers from everyone (in good taste) all weekend.

Thanks Bristol for a great weekend. Awesome set up you guys have, in a great space that you seem to be using really well. loved the viewing areas with exercise bikes for training (Hayden made use of the stereo bike for warming up) and of course Big thanks to Andre, Rich, Tim and all the other people that made it all happen.
great games this weekend, had lots of fun playing everyone. Well done RV for MVP most deserved.

Great tournament. Thank you Bristol for your hospitality and effort. Was a great tournament to kick of the year... There we're some awesome games and some great heckling. I haven't laughed so much in a long time.

I miss the grass, the sun and the great vibe.
