What are those green worktops called? Would love to have one because they're slightly grippy and micro-textured aren't they? Great for taking apart stupidly small electronics and doing general craftwork on (my desk has far too many score marks from scalpels on it).

I have one too, they're self healing cutting mats, you can pick them up at places like hobbycraft.

You can get them at pretty much any rymans/ generic stationery shop. You can get them in other colours too...

got mine on ebay.
