wow Dammit. You really went for it in mile 6!

Did you try to delete the activity and re-upload it?
If it comes from the same file on the device there shouldn't be too much difference. -
• #1405
Yep, first upload was straight from the Garmin, deleted that and exported the file from Garmin Connect, uploaded that to Strava- same weird error
-
• #1406
I've seen some discrepancy between Strava and Garmin Connect uploads but that's because apparently Strava uses a different way to calculate distances (it basically doesn't use the automatic corrections that the device makes but just the gps points it has saved) but this is quite weird indeed. Try to report it and open a ticket, theyre usually quite responsive.

Looks like there's something wrong with the track though, even the Garmin one shows best pace at 13 sec/mile.
The cadence info looks a bit funky too, where's that coming from? Just curious as I've ordered a garmin foot pod thing to hopefully improve the crap gps reception that frequently makes a mess of my runs around home.

Uploaded my morning pootle to strava, the elevation is well off.
It's off on the garmin too, at only 420m. When looking at strava it's got hills completely flat? What can cause this?

I don't know- there is a cadence sensor in my shoe but I've not managed to get the (hated) 410 to speak to it yet.
My 305 could do this.
I think I may have grabbed some cadence info off a couple that I ran past.

http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=835It's Garmin Connect for your desktop.
You can export the tcx from there and see if it's broken.

Heh - I kept doing that, andthought my footpod was broken.Changing the battery helped - it had shipped with a flat one.

I'll give Garmin Training Centre a whirl when I get home, probably a career limiting move to ask IT to load it onto this machine.

Just spotted a little hidden section. Quite amusing as didn't even realise there was a segment there and I was only giving it some beans to get around the traffic being held up by the embarrassingly slow triathletes on the road. Will have to give it a proper bash next time. And given my name, being 1st of 666 made me smile too :-)

Ok, with the veloviewer I can get the signature thing:
But I cannot make the "charts" page do anything at all- what am I missing?

I had the same issue. When trying to do it from an iPhone. The option just doesn't exist for some reason. Went to he PC and bingo it's there. Is that the issue?

Put Strava back on my phone after killing it in the face after someone beat my stupid Aussie KOMs. Something fun for the coming winter.

http://veloviewer.com/AthleteOverview.php?athleteId=716221Hmm, mine's just borked then.
Assuming that ^^ is it working correctly (I have no idea what it means) then mine only started 'working' after I used the 'Check for flagged/deleted (& update descent elevations)' on the Update tab (I think!)...
