  • I'm going to have to withdraw my intent on the frame.
I'd love it, in a different situation, but it probably isn't the most subtle of bikes to leave outside of the university all day.

  • dibs seatpost + saddle! if it's 27.2mm
    PM coming

  • I'm loving the stream of dibs for the saddle that isn't for sale ;)

And someone buy the frame so I can have the wheels :)

  • Price drop £800 for full bike NOT INCLUDING SADDLE...

If not interest in full bike I'll take better pictures and get prices up for a split.

    Ta

  • Final pricedrop to £790 if no takers I will split the bike this week.

    Ta

  • Ok, ok £780 come on ;)

  • nice looking bike.

That looks to have a very long head tube for a 55cm frame. whats the C-top on the seat tube?

also are they cxp14s? seem quite shallow (perhaps the 12s?) all could be the camera distorting stuff.

  • cxp14s as sold to me by Pistoffski off this forum.

I'll double check measurements might just be the camera angle as you say...

  • joshscott: to give you an idea, I'm 6ft and rode this for about a year.

It was too small for me, for sure, but I got away with it. It's definitely a 55, but it's quite a 'big' 55. I know that is a pretty fucking dumb thing to say, but meh.

  • Cheers dude, I'm 5,10 if that helps anyone with short legs, long torso...

  • I'd say they're not cxp14, from the photo, partly because there's no flat area (where they're machined in the cxp30 model). Those look more rounded all the way to the edge, with no flat part. If they've been de-stickered it may be hard to be sure. CXP14 have a section that's 31mm deep btw.

Not dumb! If it's got a high BB, then it can be a 55 st but have a standover/head rube length similar to a 57 or 58 road bike.

Oh, Ok... Mmm nay ideas otherwise then Ben?

  • Hmmm looks like they might be CXP12 based on this pic... Sorry for any confusion :/

  • They look nice btw! And not as harsh as cxp14 :)

I prefer the smooth curve - I have cxp10s that look like these (but smaller section) that I think are gorgeous looking.

  • Cheers dude

^^ Edit the above are not my wheels... Want to avoid anymore confusion. I'll get detailed shots of all bits up tomorrow night as it look like this is being split up.

Let the vultures begin to gather...

  • yeah mate, i always prefered the 12s. arent they harder to get hold of as well?

I would buy this back if it wasnt for the fact that I sold it purely because it was too small. :)

  • second dibs kashimax protector, can pickup locally.

  • There will be new photographs for this tomorrow as I will be splitting and getting individual prices up. Sorry it's been a bit of a wait.

    Ta

  • Still interested in the wheels mate so drop me a pm and we should be able to do a deal.

  • Split prices up and list of previous dibbers please get in touch if still interested, component detail shots tonight...

Sorry busy weekend fucked my chances of getting decent shots...
