Today is a truly sad day, EEI.

Yes, indeed. Well, the top tube was an inch too long anyway.
Just regret that I didn't keep the Thomson 4x stem and Elite seat post, and the Brooks which matched my arse. -

All leathery with plenty of mileage?

As we are in the Ti thread, can anyone recommend a Ti stem and seatpost? Is it simply a case of going to the Ti framebuilders and seeing if they do them?
What experience have people had with these components and specific manufacturers? I'm a Thomson man on these two items usually so it's interesting to hear that Ti versions perform better...

Moots - if you have robbed a bank.

As we are in the Ti thread, can anyone recommend a Ti seatpost? ...
Have a look at PMP Italy they do various setback seatposts and an inline seat post. Can't comment on the setback ones but the inline one is beautifully made with laser etched markings and IMO adds a little bit of compliance to the ride - more so then the carbon or alloy ones I have used.
I use an alloy stem for the "std" Ti build look of a black front end ..

Anyone have any experience with Cello titanium products? Seen some lovely looking stems/seatposts and was wondering if anyone on here has bought one..?

Cello are Korea's largest cycling manufacturer. I have no hands on experience of the product so can't comment on the quality .. the welds in the pics look functional

i don't think i'll ever sell my Ti road frame, i've sold bikes in the past and regretted it.. it's been across the alps with gears in an epic tour of 2010.. currently riding with a stripped down single speed.. in the market for some new wheels before london classic ride 1 april and heading off for the flanders shenaninganza weekend 20-22 april with squad of forumanglers..
i'll post pics when complete

Great to ride, serves all my needs currently.
Though by the end of the summer it may end up fixed HHSB, depending on a few things. -

I was thinking about stripping mine down to fixed/ss for the winter months to save my group set. Surely it wouldn't take that long to change everything over --- would it?

Thought I'd bump this thread with my recent Ti acquisitions,
The burls got a new stem and poked the post off the Merlin,
The Merlin got the spacers, well the 2 that came with above stem,
By any chance have any of you Ti lovers got any spare spacers? I need 2 5mm's and a 10mm for the burls. Moots ideally, or a suggestion for an alternative that are the same width and readily available?

Where to get frame like that?

Ti road bike:
Matching 29er to follow soon :)
And now the matching 29er
The brake hoses have already been shortened :)

Nice! Both, very, very nice. Hadn't realised that previous bike was a singular frame, looks good. Bet they ride even better.
Now your singulared, singulareded?....We handglide, they handglided... -

My Enigma Etape in winter guise on the hill in N. Cornwall that convinced me I wanted a triple (it was difficult crossing the road to take the photo) and now ready for the summer with the triple (best thing I ever did)
Apologies for thumbnails - any help in getting proper pics appreciated.
