^^^he must mean the very steep seat tube, I think quite a lot of Peletons have angles like that - I've seen quite a few anyway, or if it's not that extreme with steeper seat tubes than head tube whereas with most (?) keirin frames it's the other way round.

do bear in mind though I am basing this on pictures I've seen on the internet and not actual knowledge of what I'm talking about

That Bosomworth up there ^(and on the last page it now seems) somewhere is lushess goodness.

the Pinarello is lovelly
the bridgestone has nearly 90 degress seatpost, like some Pelotons, but they are more makers that use to make them.
It is done to allow for a stupidly short wheel base -

Any idea what frame is that ^^^ ? With a little work and another saddle, stem and grips, would look rather nice IMO.

Look a bit like a skinny Dolan Pre-Cursa to me
and something more on topic...

And failed at putting his toe straps on by the looks of it.

Is that Pinarello a real Pinarello? Doesn't quite look like the Pista AL.

maybe nop, but, to tell you the true I dont care.... I mean is a nice build.
the stickers dont add much to the pics -

That's sort of what I mean, it looks too nice to be kosher.

It's a Leader no? Fucking horrible frame
each to their own
For £170 I think the 722 is pretty awesome
mine was £90, even better
tell that to Spotter, I think his Leader is fucking brilliant.
Cheers, IMO the fact that its tiny, an awful colour and has poor forks dont help its case much.

Dolan did do a steel frame for TFG that looks a bit similar

just a theory, but isn't it a cannondale?? looks like it could be to the untrained eye. skinny HT vs o/s DT, nice welds..geo looks about right?!?

• #8966
the red one? the drop outs are completly diffrent
-
• #8967
weak theory...deservedly shat on
-
• #8968
Whatever it is, the red one is way better looking than the Pista Al which looks very low-end - I can't believe that's the best alu track frame Pinarello do... it looks like my old Angliru! My theory is that it is a pinerello, just a better one than that blue thing!

QUUUUUUUIIICK! Cannondale track for sale in classifieds!

I'd have jumped on that (if it were a size smaller) before I saw one in person. There's one being built up for a customer in Gira Gira (Track Supermarket) at the moment and the size of the downtube makes it look really bizarre to my eyes. So fat.
-
• #8971
i tink you mean phaat.... no?! each there own mate but i'd jump on it also if i wasn't knee deep in bikes n bits already... plus size is nai confirmed yet. 54-56...
-
• #8972
My Peloton is 53 and seems pretty bang-on so I think 54 would be a hair too big (and 56, no way). I'm an inch shorter than the owner. Don't tempt me, please! I have a project to finish and no room for another bike (let alone money to buy and ship the thing).
I really like the Track silhouette from the side but in person it just looked a bit... odd.
