Great, the cleaning lady saw the boobs on my screen and probably now thinks I'm a serial rapist. Thanks Maddy.

Is this directed at me?
If so, nah fam I'm just browsing around. I'm aware that the frame is a touch too long for me but it's not a major problem. I'm going to spend a bit of money on some parts (Zen ring, good cogs, nice chain, ATACS, Sidi's, a few cockpit permutations, stupid wheels) and then change the whole bunch over when I find something nice. Might get a bike fit to make certain what size I want.
No rush, is it? I've got my Colnago for the summer so I need to put some miles in before I've earned a new bike...

greater float and tightening spring doesn't affect unclipping? (apparently?)
bit of a noob when it comes to this debate

I was just thinking about this too, I need some clip less some time in the (far) future and was wondering which to go for
-

Atac aliums are what I use, pretty happy with them.

Do it! Use these on my skidder commuter and even though I somehow managed to bend an axel on a previous pair (I put it down to insanely spinny gear and mahoosive tyres) I'd highly recommend them. Have the XS's on my Sunday best too.

Not even comparable. If you want to be able to walk at your destination that is.

are those lollipops compatible with mtb shoes?
-
• #4222
No.
-
• #4223
MTB shoes is a must for me as is good retention (for pulling up,madskidz etc)
-
• #4224
Get the ROCs or spuds then. They're both good systems.

All the cool kids ride Time and which is more important: having pedals that reliably keep your feet clipped in or doing what the fixie skidder trendsetters do?
I have Aliums but I want to get Rocs because they look like the pedals a ninja from the future would ride.
While we're on the subject of bits and bobs, has anybody ever had their grubby mitts on a Wound Up seatpost?
