definitely looks like it, if you compare with other bt track bikes the front "dip" on the top tube is lower and the bottom bracket is a bit lower, looks like the guy has just swapped out the forks and put a 650 on the front

Tokyo does do Glasgow but the shop is a bit of a fail and I've never seen a fried Oreo offered in Glasgow!

Cant't really say what, but there's something about that laser that looks wrong. Most probably it's the too short top tube. Also all the components alone are pornworthy, but built up with this saddle, wheels, Shimano trackends and too short stem - looks weird. But maybe that's just me.
