Can't really work out why the guy goes on about his bikes being too stiff? Surely that a good thing...

On his Cannondale track -

I found the RHP too stiff, there's a difference between a stiff, responsive feeling frame and a stiff, transferseverysingleminorroadundulationdirectlytoyourspine....

Maybe that was because of alu fork?

I would imagine he thinks he's doing the right thing but it may well be the opposite. The same way that a soft mattress is more comfortable but at the same time, much more damaging to one's back. Also, HTFU.

Yah, must say crabon frame give lovely ride quality. Even clunk of gear change is heavenly. Having said that alu track is also boss on open road with crabon extras. Padded shorts, comfy saddle and tyre size/pressure make most difference. Imo

I don't like anything about it.
