I've seen that massi track riding on the streets with kinda pictured set-up.
He had 3t scattos but he modded them adding carbon fiber. He did the same to the frame.

Blue bartape is cool. I have it on my CX bike so I have to say this.

Could just be a track wheel with a QR or like mine and older flip flop disc with a QR.

Although now that I look at it it may be a surly fixxer or something?
