had that rattlecanned dolan for a while but not anymore as I couldnt find any use for it.

For good or until you pay a fine or something? When I was in Berlin in February I saw a fair few brakeless bikes being ridden/locked up, not doubting what you say though.
usually the first time they catch you brakeless they do nothing but if they catch you agin the take your bike away sure there are still people ridding brakeless but if you dont want to lose you bike but a brake on
