I was trying to subtly point out mr b&d's exceptional taste in bicycles that is all.
I thank you. That's the first time anyone has posted a picture of any of my bikes.
It's a handsome bike but the build involves very little imagination. Which kind of proves what I was getting at, a list of parts and brand names may define a "correct" Japanese track bike (which I never said he couldn't do) but a HHSB is more than the sum of its parts. It's a certain attitude which clearly he doesn't understand.
I will boldly state that in a HHSB sense that bike can't hold a candle to mine. Not seen any pictures of yours - when I do I'll have an opinion. Until then, I reckon you're a bit of a cunt.
The Kalavinka is tidy. I'd rather spend a morning racing that than 'imagining' your HipHopShitBucket™
:-)
Very much this.
Jesus, you're boring.
Its a thread about good looking bikes. Get over yourself.
Both of these - particularly the first.

Malaysian I see the discussion about your new bike is out in the open.
Maybe the Fort will make it into this sacred thread some day..

Integralters look awesome. (The headset looks strange because I fucked the threading on the lock nut.)
I'm seriously considering putting carbon forks on, spraying them to match the current ones and running a brake with Sram levers on the Integralters. It will let me bring the bike on longer rides such as Brighton.

^ Do it. Needs S900 levers to match the cranks and for max slavery.

• #2365
It'd be tricky to colour match but go for it. It'd be a much better bike as a result.

Right guys, thinking of having the wheels for my new HHSB built up and would like some input here.
I want a pretty light setup, machined surface for a front brake (for now!), with a budget of about £250.
Can't decide whether I want silver or black.
Chainset is silver, seatpost and stem black.
So far thinking Mavic CXP33 rims and Miche hubs, but doesn't sound too HHSB.
Will probably get something much more carbony later for the front.
Either that or I just get some Mavic Ellipses, but that just don't sound very original!Help and thoughts appreciated.

BLB are doing a set of Velocity deep v's in many colours for £149.99
Not to sure if thats what you're after but thats my input :D -

Buy pistoffskis ellipses, will suit that giant to a tee.

Would love to, but spent all my current money buying parts already, so will have to wait at least a week before I have funds.
But have to admit I would like a set of Ellipses.
